Hi Ash, thanks they did call me back but needed me to send in screenshots of the quote I got as they could only get to £1k.

I did it immediately (although the price then went down further to £575) and got the confirmation of receipt e-mail. How long will it take to get back to me do you know as I don't want to loose my new, cheap quote (with an Oleg!) if you guys can't be competitive...

Hi Kiethton,

I did check on the file shortly after, and saw that proof had been requested. You can either a) ping over the email you used to send them and I'll trace or b) forward the original email with the screenshots to ashley.hewitt@adrianflux.co.uk. Either way, I can sort ASAP.

Ash, thanks for the help, got it all sorted and renewed for £560 this morning, 47% of the renewal price

Would have been good if they could have offered it straight off the bat though!

To update the thread, with our upcoming Easter Opening hours;

Good Friday - 9am - 4pm
Saturday 19th April - 9am - 4pm
Easter Sunday - Closed (Closed every Sunday, anyway)
Easter Monday - Closed
Tuesday - Normal Office Hours.

Hi Ash,

I was wondering if you can shed some light on a renewal:

Civic 1.5 '97 that I was quoted £500 for. It has gone up a bit since last year, but I'm amazed at the cost when compared to someone like Direct Line who can do it for about £286. I'd like to stay with Flux, but I'm not confident this can be matched. The only mods are an exhaust system and K&N filter, nothing crazy. Car's on a driveway, low crime area, and 8 years NCB. Is there anything you can do to help?

Hopefully you see this -

I'm just trying to get a renewal quote for my RX-8.

Admiral (who I am currently with) offered me a policy for £798, however, I've managed to find another company via HIC who will do it for £730.

I called up Adrian Flux and mentioned PH, unfortunately the best I could get was £900, which is very high!!!

Are you able to work your magic and see what you can do?

My renewal is up next year, and whilst having a look about I noticed that you provide discounts for people with Dash Cameras installed. Can you confirm that a Mini 0801 Dash Camera is included?

hmm pretty crap service to be honest,im on the phone to your customer service as I write and so far its 45 minutes,customer service advisor has not a clue,service leaves a lot to be desired

Just spent 3 lots of 20 mins on hold to yourselves, finally had enough time 3rd time to wait for your pitifully slow call centre to answer to get a quote to add an additional bike(and the price was similar to compare sites when i tried with no bonus, whereas i have 20 odd years claim free on my multi bike policy with you)Was told this was due to the Holiday Monday(this was the TUESDAY...)
Then today yet another email asking for my limited mileage declaration? Though as I sent all 3 at once and you have the other 2? Though not according to the rather sniffy lady i eventually got through to today, i must not have sent it?.

Possibly the slowest company I have ever dealt with at answering the telephone, hope I never have to make a claim. rolleyes

Really sorry to hear this. It doesn't sound like you had a great experience, I must admit. Last Tuesday was one of the busiest days we're ever had. It is normally pretty busy after a long weekend, as we were closed on the Monday (hence the additional queries the following day), but our call quantities this time were unprecedented. Please feel free to DM your reference so that I can address your concerns with the appropriate managerial team.
