All good for me on insuring my Landrover. Was with them anyway and their renewal quote was 250, mentioned Piston Heads and memeber of IAM and it dropped to 169 fully comp!

Thank you for requesting a quotation on your PORSCHE BOXSTER. We are delighted to be able to offer you our highly competitive rate as shown below: £2118
I'm interested by their definition of "highly competitive". Admittedly it's a close call and I'm still a bit unsure, but I think I may go with the £775 quote from Elephant...

Phoned Flux today for a quote on my R8 and they were £140 cheaper than anyone else. Very impressed.

im 23, 0 no claims, 3 points, 1 crash... Have a limited mileage classic policy with AF which i pay £2600 for. Got a quote the other day for a 57 caddy CTS 3.6 which was £2000!.. This was cheaper than others, but still ridiculous as im already paying them an extortionate amount on a different car!!

I tried AF for my 1.9 Gti last year, 21, no points, no claims, access to a company car 100% of the time on a limited milage of 5K...

Adrian Flux = £1900 Fully Comp

Direct Line = £500 Fully Comp

Spent the £1400 money saved on tyres, petrol and beer (Not all at the same time) so thanks AF, i've had some wonderful Sunday Evenings smile

Direct line is cheaper for me as i have 4 cars on the policy. But this Flux insurance sounds quite impressive biggrin

Thanks PH, just done a good deal on the daily runner. It wasnt the cheapest I could get, but had unlimited mileage and protected no claims thrown in for nowt, so I went with it

Another satisfied customer here. Lowest quote and a better policy with unlimited mileage and halved the excess.

got my Maserati Gransport insured for £511! (March 18th)
Great stuff, happy with that!
LV wouldn't cover me?

Who has won the comp then? nudge nudge!

Adrian flux used to be ace for young drivers. Not anymore.

Paid £1400 when I was 17. Cheapest around by at least £400, the same car now with 1 years NCB is £1800. No one at flux can explain why. Shame really, excellent customer services and good sales advisors.

Alright for yee old people though.

Quick question for the Flux guys,

I insured my car with you at the end of last year, my policy on my bike has just ended, do you do a car/bike policy that I could potentially add my bike to? Or could you give me a discount for insuring both vehicles with you?

Hi,

We don't do multi vehicle policies. However we do take into account when you have more then one vehicle with us. If you would like to email me further details then I can look into it for you.

Hi,

We offer up to 15% discount on a policy with us. The actual % is dependent on the Insurer.

Adrian Flux are very good. They have provided cover for our SECMA vehicles for a few years now without fault. www.qpod.co.uk

Strange question, don't have any no claims to speak of but I have been on my other halfs direct line policy for a number of years and accumulated their named driver no claims, would you accept that as no claims?
Hello,

NCB needs to be earned in your own name for our Insurers to accept it.

Regards,
Dan.
Try another broker such as the mentioned APlan they may be able to help (intro bonus or mirror bonus, subject to some minor points)

Just wanted to add my 2p. I've been insured with Flux before - sometimes they're very competitive, sometimes not so much. This time they came up trumps though. The renewal for my M3 was £982 so I phoned around a bit but everyone I tried wanted similar money or more. Then Flux quoted me £740 which I was pretty happy with smile. I mentioned Pistonheads and this came down to £670 biggrin and that includes unlimited mileage, protected no claims, European cover, full legal and personal injury cover etc etc. Very, very happy now.

Hi, got a quote from AF for my bike, phoned back to see if they could do a better price and was told that they quote the best price first time, so went with someone else, thanks anyway.

I just insured my bike with Flux. Very impressed with the service and the level of cover. £138 comp with comp cover when riding other bikes too!

It was also nice to find an insurer that

a) was able to discuss mods and sound like they knew what a caliper or master cylinder is
b) was able to quote including those mods without saying they needed to speak to someone else, promising to call back then failing to do so rolleyes
