Have a Frozen White with part leather and bluetooth on order and have absolutely no idea when it will arrive.
I can only think that all the delivery dates mentioned are speculative and even the dealers have no idea when they will land.
I only hope it's soon as the Sti went last weekend and I am now driving a 92' Sierra 2.0 GT...Quality!
Come on Ford pull your finger out and get these cars delivered.

The dealers now have the Focus RS on the vista system so you should be able to get your delivery date from your salesman.
Im dealling with Evans Halshaw and my salesman has been very pro-active since his initial blunder.
Give your salesman a ring and get him to check the system for ya wink

Funny how people like you have no car in their profile.
It's also interesting why people feel the relevance of a post is determined by the possession of a particular type of car.

i think his point is that a lot of people will slag off say a Ferrari for being loud and in your face etc, and then it turns out they drive a 15yr old civic sprayed orange with a bean can exhaust (a tad hypocritical perhaps?)

I drive a c-max which is as dull as dishwater, and personally as a car enthusiast can only sign fords praises for their efforts

Brilliant review.

I just wish Ford would get themselves sorted out, and get the cars built and delivered. I can't wait any longer!!!
What colour are you getting?

Looks great in Performance Blue. cool
Frozen white.
thumbup
AGGGHHHH!!!! What is it with Fords and people quoating the actual paint name?
If your BMW is Estoril Blue, you don't go round saying ''that's my Estoril blue BMW'' and you don't state everytime that the ITR is 'championship white'
Performance Blue is just Blue, that's it. Frozen White is just fking white.
Are people trying to show off there knowledge of paint?

laugh

Demolisher has been quiet for a few days, since his run in with DTM. About bloody time if you ask me, theres only so much uninformed RS bashing i can take.

Always been undecided about Focus's...I loved the look of the old MK1's, specifically the RS variant. Haven't at all been keen on the styling of the current one's but this even has me tempted.

I'll have one in White please yes

cant wait to hear one at full chat, was chasing an ST the other day just to listen to the five pot motor.

I know this and the megane R26R are ment to be amazing but i cant help think you would miss the kick up the back that 4wd give you out the corners, just got rid of my subaru for a mk1 focus diesel cant fault the way it drive or handles, front end grip is amazing but nothing beats the fealing of when you floor a awd car and the back tyres dig in and fire you out of a bend.

Imight be wrong though every wright up for the new RS has been glowing, and I want one, in white.

Only one problem with owning one of these things - Insurance is going to be very high. I'd be concerned about owning something that every one will want, including those not in a position to buy one.

When the Escort RS Cosworth came out it was nearly killed by the insurance costs. When your daily driver is one of the most sort after cars on the market its going to attract all sorts of wrong attention.

Wonder what lenghts the thieving class will go to get hold of one?

I personally was a little concerned about mine getting stolen so i will definatly be investing in a Tracker and another CAT1 Immoboliser for it. Ive also set up 2 cameras on the location it will be parked and installed 3 industrial style locking posts and commercial klamp.
Im hopeing this will deture anyone from trying to do a millenium style robbery as they will need to find 3 lots of keys before they can even go anywhere.
Oh and ive got a hatchet next to the bed.......reasonable force and all that.

You best not go into any of the single make forums then. You're likely to go pop with rage. wink

You'd have to go a long way to buy a car with a better sounding engine IMO.

If i had a Lada or on the other hand a supercar it would not alter the fact that the Ford is still nothing to get excited about and i stand by what i say

Yeah exactly, if your not getting excited by the best hot hatch to hit the market in a very long time, the fantastic tone of the engine and the fact that its a revoloution for FWD then you should NOT be on PH.
