Rocky - you're entitled to your opinion of course and whilst it's important that everyone brings something to this debate, I think the best thing you can bring is silence.Sorry fellas... but ya bore me! Really!

Well i just got my wife one of these!!
Very good fun - not as aggressive as the Z4m and not as precise as the cayman but very very good.
Noisy but in all honesty you dont buy a car like this to have it quiet ffs.
Edit - not because it is girlie! because if i admitted i would rather have it I would be shot after kicking up a fuss to get my current car!

Yeah we got a very good deal. It was the 370z GT manual.
They have a deal on the nissan site - we put my wife's old car into the mix, put £15,000 down and the rest was on a PCP agreement as we will get rid in 3 years time and it worked out the best mix.
All i can say is that he tweaked it quite a bit so if you like it, go and get one
Also to add - its not quiet! nope nope - good soundtrack! very accessible power

Dont accept that - we got quite an improvement on both the cost and the finance - they make money off the finance deal and it helps them hit quota - these arent limited edition so they want to sell as many as possible.

So what's everyone's thoughts after TG? Surprised I've not seem more threads about the 370z tbh.
Stuck my nose around the inside of one today since I was passing the Nissan garage and I'm really liking it, still not 100% sure on the looks but certainly better than the Z4. Interior was good looking and maybe not premium standard like some of the Germans.
Jeremy and most other reviews seemed to think it was a cracking drive, bit disappointed if the sound is not quite as good as it sound be but I think I gotta get a test drive.
2nd hand Cayman S or new 370z...
Might have to drop you an email Munkeyfeet, if they're being agressive on pricing then it might tip the balance.

I had a test drive in one last week. Good fun, engine noise wasn't as bad as Clarkson made out IMO. It had the paddle shift auto box though which was a downpoint for me. Twin clutch boxes I don't mind, this just didn't do it for me.
Overall, I just didn't come away thinking "I really must get one of those".

I have owned a 370z manual for over a year now and I can honestly say that it is a good car, Can be a little noisy internally on rough surfaces, having said that its a ton of fun - there is not much that will leave it standing on twisty roads as the car is well balanced - more so that an M3.
