I can only vouch how straight that yellow GT3 is in between the axles wink

One just like this one was up for sale last year with those same wheels (which I love). I'd not long bought my Legacy at the time and couldn't motivate myself to change it, but I really wish I had now. It had fewer miles than this one, reclining rear seats with tables in the back of the front seats, and cost around £15K from memory.

A Merc-owning friend reckons it'd be a fab car but servicing not cheap and petrol would be in the order of 15mpg **at best**.

Ripe for an LPG conversion I reckon.

Can you imagine pulling up alongside a Cerbera (for example) on the motorway? With all that torque I reckon it'd make for an entertaining ride.

I would have a read of these threads before considering doing business with KTC

Came across said empire of cars yrs ago when hunting for a skyline.

As with advice elsewhere on here and everywhere on the net run fast in the direction exactly opposite place.

How they do business is anyones guess.

Think I'll give it a miss biggrin

Want one with less than 60k on the clock ideally.

Have you seen their full stock list , there's an S65 on there aswell , I think.

Looking at their reputation, where are they managing to find so many bad cars ?

Are they all ex hire, imports, repaired, or what ?

I'm guessing the £11k S600 with missing history, could have been clocked...... By the previous owner ? smile

As everyone else has said, steer well clear. When my Dad was looking for his Mitsubishi GTO he took a trip over and came away feeling rather pissed off over the wasted 250 mile trip to see a car that wasn't actually there. Heard several stories about them on GTOUK too.

Mate had a CL600 - heard even getting a new set of spark plugs fitted from the dealer was eye-wateringly expensive

is it only the Jap cars that are worth a further level of consideration, the Merc must have just come from an auction??

The only thing you should be considering is how quickly to run away, regardless of the car or the deal.

Even without any of the other issues listed above, without a full MB service history I'd stay well clear anyway. That age of S-class has high potential for corrosion and without the history (which must be MB), you won't get that corrosion fixed for free ....

Seeing as your looking for a barge, how about this just to throw something a bit different in the mix.

Surely worth a look.

Hang on a second. Are you sure it's a Bi turbo, not an old n/a V12?

I don't recall them being about quite that early......could be wrong though.

The earlier ones were blown; later replaced by the N/A.
