Mustang for me, but only by a very slim margin over the Challenger.

Challenger or 'Stang, but in reality any of them. Although I'd probably be scared to drive it in today's traffic before bolting on some brakes wink

I like a lot of Chip Foose's work but in this case I'd prefer a plain Jane 67.
(sometimes the cars look better with the badges left on Chip)

Ford Mustang for me, though the pre 1969 model before they restyled it a bit. And it would have to be a fastback, in green. Can't possibly think why....

I'd take any one of those cars. That '69 Mustang looks particularly evil... I like aggressive looking cars.

Although, I prefer modern muscle these days. I'm done with older cars. They are ok, but tend to need constant up keep.

With my newer Mustang, I can spend money on modifications rather than restoration or repair...

Have to be the Mustang for me. I did own a 69 351ci fastback once, and it was a dreadful car. Appalling brakes, axle location, 5-7 mpg, anglia handling and rust. The reality of owning one was painful.

It did look gorgeous, and that V8 rumble was so addictivesmile

Still nothing looks quite like it, though. Have to be a summer weekend car, with 40 years of updates to the running gear!

Wouldn't this be preferable to a overweight 69 Mustang?

A Mustang from that list but for me the best 60's muscle car has to be the Barracuda!

Mustang clinches it for me, but the Charger was very close - I grew up on the Dukes of Hazzard and there was a General Lee close to us that I used to see on occasion when I was a kid!

My Fellow Mopar nuts, we're in danger of losing out to Henrys evil empire.
It is time to redress the balance!
