The Best //M/Barge/General Rant/Look at This/O/T Thread...
Discussion
It's fair to say that the unpredicatble snaking of various threads means that you never really know where to post some tasty bit of teutonic bargainsmithery but the clear waters of such duties are further muddied by increasingly common (but fully merited) suggestions of non-Prussian interloping and indeed, general statements of discovery, enthusiam, experience or revelation but which to the type of reasonably obsessive found habitually lurking in such corners of virtual turmoil, probably requires some 'catch all' thread into which they can pour their throughts and measure the veracity of their position by way of shared, billateral analysis with fellow desperados.
To wit, this - http://www.tomhartley.com/detail?template=/zoom/zo... - it suddenly dawned on me (although this thought must have been bubbling away since their appearance) that despite all the difficulties of this car's aesthetics, in GTS guise, the general gamut of colours produced for this edition of Cayenne and it's stance in general isn't that bad; indeed, from some quarters, I really rather like it.
There you go, random, pointless and not even controversial.
Off you go, this thread is nothing more than aimless channel surfing: it bugs swmbo but let's face it, it keeps you off the streets and is better than watching Britain's Got Rabies.

That's the one.
Or the Phaeton you uncovered earlier, Mikey - http://www.pistonheads.com/sales/1071399.htm - presumably stellar odometrics but otherwise, tops, as Bez might say.

A very famous car, that one, Lee, in the circles of blown oink fettling... It is truly fearsome but in all the right ways...
Anyway, back to what amounts to motoring substance abuse..

You know, I love these cars, and would have one in a heart beat. And at that price! Phwoar. However, like that thread recently about bits of cars that spoil them for you - I detest those little vents on the front wings. Surely they can't be functional? What cooling could they possibly perform? They're tiny! And look rubbish!

Now that I like. Dee-lish. Not a true GT2 though, the Speedline rims on those are actually edible, they look so good.Edited by delays on Sunday 7th June 16:46
