You know i've never been a Porsche man , but reading that article
the 911 Turbo has got me itching what a fantastic car !!
Those Guards red ones ...
......bloody terrible working overseas has got trawling through the classified ,
The Lotus is going to have to go through lack of seats ......and you could fit a child seat in !!
Heres a few that tick the boxes.
not a Turbo a carrera 3.2 but ...stunning
bit pricey at 36k
love the colour of this Turbo

911 turbo le
you are a git & hate you!!!
that car is just beautiful. only 911 turbo that probably beats yours is on the 'standard' 3.3 litre turbo from the mid 80's. in guards red with black leather interior & a big whale tail rear spoiler.
probably the original supercar.
enjoy your le. i know i would if it was mine.

I am lucky enough to have bought a one earlier this year in black with black interior.
Only got to drive it for the first time earlier this month on a family (wife and 2 kids) 11 day, 9 country 3000km hoon across Europe.
It coped with 40deg heat, mountain passes, cobbled medievel roads, autobahns, twisty bits, straight bit, slow and fast bits with ease and total reliability.
I absolutely love mine and can't see me ever wanting to sell it. You actually have to work quite hard at driving it smoothly which is what I like about driving cars. You can either drive a car full of character and soul or be driven by one without.

Contemporary reviews of the car also say a lot. There was an American test ISTR comparing the 928, 911 turbo and 944 turbo. The 944 turbo was the quickest round the race track but at the end of the review all the testers said it was the 911 turbo they wanted to take home.
Wonderful pictures as usual guys.

But has she worn as well after 20 or so years?
She's well into her forties now, and she has 3 kids. I wonder if she still has that dress.....Edited by woof on Saturday 29th August 14:13
