laughing out loud
Way too many film cars in this thread, I thought it was about TV shows.
And if we're adding cartoons:
Every time I see Lloyd's orange souped-up Rice-mobile in Entourage I nearly wet myself laughing...
IMO there is no more inspired piece of automotive casting... (can't find a pic)
Although it is given a run for its money by Hank's Porsche 964 in Californication. It is a true sign of a great car when it just gets sexier the more beat-up it gets...

Captain Scarlet's car and the SPV with it's advanced safety bumper!
Spectrum Security vehicle
FAB 1
Banana Splits:
But I'm guessing we're talking real cars based on production models. if so, the Green Hornet had a car based on the 1966 Chrysler Crown Imperial:
Columbo's 1959 Peugeot 403
Charlie's Angels preferred Mustang II Cobra or otherwise:
Jim Rockford's Firebird:
Oh and don't forget Magnum PI

Libby in Neighbours used to have a really cool green Beetle, it featured quite a bit for a few months. Anyone remember it back in 2004 I think. Can't find any pictures for st though!
This is the best I could find, you can see the cool metallic green window frameEdited by uriel on Friday 28th August 21:48
There was a series in the US called Drive a couple of years ago. It had potential, but as usual Fox decided to mess about, air the episodes in the wrong order at stupid times of the day, varying week to week and then decided to cancel it 6 episodes in because it didn't get the ratings.
Nathan Fillion drove a '70 Challenger, despite them repeatedly calling it a '72 in the show.
There was also a cool Trans-Am.
