OK - I can understand that they made that video/interview/informercial - what I can't understand is that they felt it was good enough to be released on the general public.

If you've got access to MS to promote your car - why would you not just show him driving the thing and leave it at that?
exactly. It seems the multi-billion fiat/ferrari car company is totally unable to hire a decent translator!

Very poor show, especially with a market like America meaning so much to Ferrari, you would have thought they'd have made some effort!

Considering he helped hone the car i'd be surprised if he thought it was rubbish, of course it's pointless PR burble but at the end of the day he was involved with the project and i expect if given his honest views would likely be complimentary

Rotten teleprompter (in Italian pidgeon English) info-ad, great looking car although road height tracking shots don't do it justice and manage to show what is probably it's only bad angle...

Sounds like he's reading the auto-cue via Google translator..

"The driving activity is very comfortable, as you want to drive normal, but very sportive if you like so"

"It's so sportive on-track, but again off-track, you fall in love with it"

Even though the translation is dreadful and Shuey looks like he's about to step out of the closest, I still want to, as he says, drive-more the car!
Very funny! Thanks for the laugh. Or maybe I should thank Schuey and Ferrari.

dreadful video. get the impression he is just waiting for his pay cheque for the advert... & yes, he does look a touch gay!

why didnt ferrari take the car to the nurburgring, hire the place for a day, stick schuey in the driving seat, fit camera's in the car & let him have some fun.

that would have been worth watching.

Yep-he looks uncomfortable-wooden even.

I'm sure he realises that he's reading an English script that is badly written by a less than fluent English-speaking Italian.

A new language perhaps -Englian ??

Given the news today that Dany Bahar has packed his bags and is heading to Lotus from Ferrari, we'll hopefully less a lot less of this kind of tosh.

That tight T Shirt doesn't do a lot for him. Makes him seem a bit camp and that he's about to go to a Right Said Fred concert. Nice car mind.
