For gods sake...it's NITROMORS.

Get them done professionally using two pack paint...rattle cans is not the answer.
This.
In addition, in the 70s, Notromors used to be fantastic stuff, put it on and watch the paint fall off. At some point, they either made it water-based or ruined it and it isn't a patch on what it used to be.

I've done wheels and even with an easy spoke design, it takes ages and getting paint into the various planes and surfaces without having the paint run can be hard.

Much easier to get them done properly, it's like having brand new wheels.

Starchem Sysntrip is much better than Nitromoors.

Nitromoors wouldn't touch 2K paint on a wing I was stripping, Sysntrip had the paint falling off in minutes.

If you want any paint stripper to work well you need to abrade the surface with fairly coarse paper first, something like 80 or 120 grit.

Having said all that, I would get wheels media blasted!

If it is just paint and not some obscure factory coating then the easiest way I found was soaking them overnight in a big barrel of used cellulose thinners and gun wash that I'd kept. It just pickles and falls off. You will need the tyres off though.
