The Nuclear one is presumably a throw-away device, although if they last 10-20 years that's perhaps not a huge problem as long as they aren't massively expensive to produce or dispose of. I think the public distrust of the word "radiation" might hurt their chances of hitting the mainstream though, regardless of their actual safety. Disposal of the isotopes might prove an issue too, although presumably these are chemicals with a relatively short half-life if the batteries degrade so quickly.
The ceramic ones don't sound very suitable for automotive use because the low conductivity of the electrolyte limits their current output.
