has there EVER been an aftermarket bumper/bodykit thing that looks good? (especially on a 4 door shopping hatchback)

This particular PT Loser isn't as bad as some, but I wanted to draw everyones attention to the wheels. Attempted home made white wall jobs on the tyres which wore off the second it rained, and then an electrical tape rim-job. World class.
