you could mention the CL600 as well this also has 2 doors
A CLS 63 AMG deristricted if you want to place a MERC against the Rapide, staggering Performance, great looks )in the right colour combination), sound, build quality - very desireableLeaves aslo change for a track toy...
As for exclusivity - your accountant possibly drives one and so does Hammond afaik....

Couldn't agree more.
Very pretty in red and an interior to die for. Dare I say it though a little bit safe looking? To me appears a stretched DB rather than designed from the ground up.
Mind you Aston have been daring with the Lagonda before and it didn't serve them well. Is it just me or is the Lagonda starting to look a bit cool?

When I was 12 I thought the Lagonda was the coolest car since the Panther 6,when I could have bought one for a few grand I thought they were laughable now I find myself thinking that brown one with 20(?)inch rims looks pretty cool! In 2030 I'll be scouring the classifieds for a £4k Rapide.Mind you Aston have been daring with the Lagonda before and it didn't serve them well. Is it just me or is the Lagonda starting to look a bit cool?

The Lagonda is a very different approach to a 4-door luxury sedan. It cannot be compared to a Rapide, IMO.Mind you Aston have been daring with the Lagonda before and it didn't serve them well. Is it just me or is the Lagonda starting to look a bit cool?
But I tell you what: the Lagonda ALWAYS looked very cool !!!

I sat in one last night at the London launch at the Dorchester Hotel (Dr Bez?) was there as well. Its very tight in the back (i'm 6 ft) but it's a truly stunning machine in the flesh in the Quantam grey.
I was at the London launch too...I'm a little taller than you, and you cannot fit 4 6-foot people in the car, let alone the alone the luggage for 4 if going anywhere. It's a great looking car...but for £140k I really don't see the point for what's essentially 2 back seats for kids to travel in uber-luxury (unless you have a very short social circle)Gassing Station | General Gassing | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
