Liking that, question is, did it end well?

I can do grip (notice the tyre)....

..and slightly sliding...

I do love 911's, so much fun to drive on track.

Well it felt extreme to me at the time. Are you a memeber of the extreme cornering thread police?

That pic reminds me of when I used to watch the supertourers back in the 90's at Brands, so after a bit of googling here's some more of cars on "THAT" corner

And similar activities

I fear I may get attacked for this.

Not being a bike rider myself, I don’t get why these bike corners are so impressive. (Yes I get that they are low but don’t they all do that when racing?) What is so special about them? Is it because they are lower than everyone else or am I missing something?

Sorry to be so ignorant. By no means am I questioning the skill it would take to do it. Just want to know what makes the pics of bikes in this thread anymore extreme than any other corner on a bike.

(Call it a learning experience on my part.)

Part of it is the angle of lean , and you have to realize how exposed you feel when you do this also the speed at which its being done

And then there are the tail out pics this takes elephant size gonads , it is NOT like a dab of oppo in a car if it goes wrong in a car you will spin off normally on to grass with only your pride hurt on a bike in is instant pain biggrin

Bikes don't normally corner sideways or on their handlebars for that matter wink
