The Sonata is the replacement for the venerable Toyota Crown Taxi's out here and have been in several that are on 300,000+kms and still going strong and the interiors are not showing any obvious signs of wear!!!

From the ones i have seen on Tow Trucks they fair quite well in an assortment of crashes as well!!

They are getting very good at their engineering andn are making very good build quality (all be it some of teh cabinn materials are not of European "luxury" finish)
