I remember TUR80 on a 930 Turbo around Stanmore (I think) back in the 80's. Someone on the Maserati forum has GS53MAS on a 53 plate GranSport. I almost bought the 54 version for my car, but found something better. PEN15 was, IIRC, on a blue Silver Shadow in North London back in the 80's too.

Many years ago I recall a red Cerbera with the plate RAP1D
Used to live around the corner to me and looked amazing. Was on a 456 for a while after but haven't seen the plate or 456 around for a while.
I remember that, I used to see it near Highgate reguarly.

There is an Audi A3 Sportback in Islington with 'A3' on the plate. It's been parked on the street for a few years now so I imagione it's real... If it were me I reckon I'd sell the plate and buy a more exciting car. smile

Sorry but there is nothing sadder than someone with an Aston with a number plate that has the numbers 007 or any letters with a James Bond connection. The reality is that they will be an accountant or something equally as dull.

This plate looks good.

I know the guy that owns that. He was considering selling it, not sure now though. May be worth asking. Is a great number. Was tempted myself a while ago, but realised this obsession was becoming unhealthy.

Just bought this plate the other week funnily enough! Putting it on a new toy when it arrives next month.

Don't know who the seller was, but via Regtransfers. I assume he's the chap who had it on the 355?

seem to remember one back to when I was about 17 C DU5T on a Porsche, The son of a local business man gave his 18 yr old gf a red 944 with that as a plate, and we was all trying to compete for her against that frown

is there any possible legal way to find out owners of a plate, I assume not but want to trace a plate and see if it went to a dealer or individual

DVLA will give out details of the owner of the registration and contact information, but charges £2.50.

contacted the DVLA and they will only say the plate is not on a car, thinking about it the info cant be just avaliable to the public, somebody cuts you up and you can get their name and address, cant be allowed !

The plate im seeking is not on a car so must be with a dealer but cant find which one frown
