By 'Senor Alonso' would you be meaning 'Señor Alonso'? N and Ñ are different letters in Spanish, it's not just not just an n with an acccent. If you don't believe me, try looking up the difference between 'año' and 'ano' in Spanish (clue: only one means 'year', so get the right one when giving your age in Spanish.) smile

Yes - but I can't get the Ñ to work in our content management system! smile
And some of us don't know where to find these bd sons of the alphabet on our keyboards...

When are these damned foreigners going to understand that English is the only language worth preserving..?

Well, we're glad he likes it, but we sort of wish he'd been more impressed by the 440hp V8 and the driving performance. Still, that's publicity gigs for you!
True...

And what did he think of the cup holders...?

Remark 1: I guess he thinks the California looks like a fat-arsed Hyundai too.

Remark 2: Of course he thinks the GranCabrio is spacious, he's about 5'2" biggrin

He looks like a character from family guy with his massive head. Also they have defintely airbrushed this photo as he has no knob coming out of his head.

The Maser is lovely though.

some people can't read "matching a soft top in the same Bordeaux shade" sure it will look great with a dark red soft top on a grey car.
Drool . . . Excellent family hack this. Does Alonso have kids?

How good is a cream roof gonna look on such a car though?
Horrible I suspect.

Good job Mr Alonso picked red then isn't it?

He was given a Clio V6 at Renault and promptly returned it for a fairly basic Megane. Like Schumacher (who reportedly said that the Laguna V6 was his favourite company car) he doesn't really go for flash stuff, it's not like he needs to.

After his other company wagon anything, even an Enzo is going to feel like it's tied to a tree and on the road he's probably not really up for driving quickly, it's a little too much like work.

Think you're confusing it with a Spyker.

I really want to like this car, and I think that I should, being a keen PHer and all.

But it doesn't do anything for me.

I'd prefer the understated brutality of an AMG Merc if I was having a car of this ilk.

He will be given a proper car when he wins something for Fezza.

At the moment he will have to put up with a poor mans Ferrari. laugh

I know it sounds ridiculous, but these cars look too long to me. Almost like it needs a section from a bendy bus in the middle to hep it around tight corners.

Looks stunning in the metal but strangely i don't want one, not in the same way i'd want a QP.

Oh, and the PSA Sat-Nav would drive me mental. hehe
