Evil! But not sure about the mirrors?! Probably something to do with the new regulations that cars must now have mirrors sized in keeping with the rest of the car?
No matter how big the mirrors, I suspect all you'd see in them is objects getting very very small, very quickly.Just imagine being on a dual carriageway or motorway in that thing when some curious or impatient upstart in...well anything other than a Veyron starts tailgating you, trying to get that pesky little Elise out of its way...
The satisfaction you'd get from nailing the throttle and obliterating the moron behind you would be huge!
What a great car, thank god there are people out there who feel the need to create cars like this still, especially in this day and age.

What a laugh! Guess it'll be around a tonne.

That looks great, spec sounds pretty good, I imagine half the power an n/a would make it useable but 1000hp and a fook off turbo can work in some situations
My thoughts exactly- I love the concept, but it -like everything else- is rather inconventiently bounded by the laws of physics.RenesisEvo said:

I'd not be so worried about a 2 tonne Veyron tailgaiting you when you've got the same kind of oomph in something that looks to weigh a lot less.I see they've gone for the tyre free approach on the front wheels? Novel.
Looks good I have to say. I was very unsure about this car what with the massive, torque-heavy engine and humble beginnings of the chassis, but if it goes half as well as it looks I'd love to own one.
On a side note, I'd still prefer something more in the spirit of the 1.8T powered time attack Elise. Just that little bit more sensible and probably more than enough shove to dispatch just about anything known to man.

matt black is always a winner
Is it?I hate this fashion for Matt colours on cars, looks st.
I Like the look of the car and if it's matt because it's a prototype then fine but not because it's the current fashion
I think it's somewhat over powered, should have started in mere supercar power territory then worked up! I can see all sorts of heat and handling issues on the horizon if they can keep it out of the kitty litter long enough?
Good luck though as it looks great.
