The 1.2 N/A Corsa is running at 180bhp apparently.
might be wrong but isn't that a 'red top' conversion ? 2.0 16v were 160ish bhp standard. wild cam, de-cat, stainless and an air filter would see 180 possibly?

very poorly written ad - none of the important stuff..
Definitely a big twin double over head cam engine of some sort.
Oh yeah can see that now, didnt look at all the pics.
I was just going off what it said in the description.

How about this Saxo VTR?

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/2003-Citroen-Saxo-1-6-Vt...

Nasty looking but normally fitted to a Civic Wings West style bodykit - check.
Jap Style sideskirts - check.
Multiple Jap cannon exhaust tailpipes - check.
Ineffectual stupid looking mirrors with indicators in - check.
Max Power style spoiler on tailgate - check.
Gloss black "racing" bonnet - check.
Lambo doors - check.
Lexus lights - check.
Mammoth & pointless sound system - check.

A bargain at just short of £5k hehe
I am ashamed to say I know the bloke that owes this car, he's a really nice bloke but he's nearly 50!
Oh well money cant buy taste!

Out and about doing the saturday retail thing and came across these two...

Cribbs Causeway, Bristol. This 306 has seen much better days.

This one was spotted at Halfords in Chippenham.

Okay so some cheap 'scene' looking wheels are hardly the definition of badly modified, no what earned this Seat its place here are the 'carbon fibre' effect door handle stickers, the set of bicycle dust caps and its dodgy looking exhaust.

On the plus side, at least the 306's scoop is functional (assuming it's a turbo diesel).

The 306 is not necessarily bad, if it's turbo or supercharged it might have a TMIC fitted, so the scoop would be beneficial, and the sideways pointing exhaust, something I'm more used to seeing on V8 pickups, is not terrible, and if they are on the driver side they let you hear the exhaust noise better. It's the condition of that car that lets it down imo.

The Seat is well deserved, that centre pipe exhaust that is not integrated into the bumper looks cack, the wheels are hideous and vinyl wrapped doorhandles? Come on, who are you kidding? It's also been debadged, which tends to make the back end of cars look slabby rather than "tidy" or whatever the dhirty dub boiz say these days.

Bizarrely I quite like that TT. Maybe that is a niche that they could fill, after all since the death of the Suzuki X-90 there hasn't been an everyday 2 seater 4x4 coupé on the market.
