No light bar and the rear signs are not large enough for use on highways agency managed roads.
HA chap 8 rules do not require reflective side markers and disallow soild rear reflective sections, should be red retro reflective and yellow fluorescent diagonal stripes. Min 150mm wide covering as much of the rear as possible.

How strange, by putting that on their car it looks to me like they do 'give a fk' more so than if it wasn't there (if that makes sense)

A lot of time and effort has gone into producing this thing of beauty that I spotted in Oban the other day. I think it's a brilliant piece of fun and I bet whoever did it had a great time 'obtaining' the materials for the roof-covering.
