Whilst checking out the landcruiser topic in GG, one thing led to another and I came across this Hilux.

Strip the tat and the stickers and that could be pretty cool. Reminds me of the one at the end of "back to the future".

Ha ha bloody hell! Its funny how things appear in your memory. Ok, it will also need lowering a little and smaller wheels fitting, pretty much re-built I guess.....

I have always loved this thing though.

Saw this at Goodwood today.

I can't work it out. It's either a Jazda or an Asda.

Haven't seen that for years.

The guy who owned it, (used to at least), sold exotica like Lamborghinis etc. He used the truck for parades and stuff and it was quite popular with kids.

That's far too happy, the MX5 just looks like it's tired and yawning with that front end.

I'm loving the badge bar. They really don't suit such a comparatively modern car though. Much better on a nice 1970s/1980s Granada with chrome bumpers, etc.

Also, the owner appears to be hedging his bets. Both the AA and RAC badges are up there confused Along with them, there's an IAM badge and some form of anti Euro or UKIP style thing in the middle. Only one i cannot work out is the one on the left of the picture, although it might just be a 'St Christopher' of some kind.

It all seems very much 'at odds' with the 216 Cabrio, especially when the OP points out that it has a towbar too. Very strange.
