I wouldn't buy an RS500 even if it was plated with gold- second hand M3 or RS4 for me. However, I would buy a GTS/GTS-R, if I had the cash, regardless of its colour. I'd rather it wasn't matte black, but that would be a small price to pay for the performance. In contrast, rather than getting an RS500 I'd just buy a Scirocco R and map it to 300bhp. Then spend the rest of the money on tyres.
