As a new member, I haven't seen any topics dedicated to this, so I thought I'd start one.
I know opinions on these types of cars are somewhat divided, but let's see what people think!
Below are a few examples of what I mean in order of when I saw them up until now...

Gemballa Mirage GT

Rinspeed Chopster

Gemballa GT750

Lumma CLR500

Alpina D3

Overfinch Sport

Brabus E-Class

Revere Vogue

Kahn Sport

Brabus S-Class (Dented LOL)

Revere Sport

Matte Black M3

Gemballa GT550

Matte Black Arnage

Matte White SLR

I'm confused, is this the world's fugliest attention we car thread, or the bad parking thread? hehe

Alpina, Brabus in this thread are ok in my view.

Who ever did that to the bentley deserves a slap. The rest are not my cup of tea but I bet they go like stink and most will sound great.

oh and the "Brabus" E Class is really a 280 cdi with big wheels, Think the S class is just big wheels on a 320 as well. Unless they are still registered under the "donor" cars on askmid.

Thought they looked a little too clean and unmolested.

Cool, good to see the difference in feedback!
Personally I like them all, but about 50% of people I know love them, 50% hate them lol.

Bodykits not my cup of tea - almost chavvy. "Look at me, look at me..."

But if they feature much improved performance...then it is no bad thing.

The best cars there are the Merc E and S Class because they are moderatley standard.

Not a fan of the Alpinas due to the horrid wheels and tacky looking aftermarket badges bought from Halfords.

And I would add Overfinch to the list too. But beyond the subtle stuff like this, the rest are just 'look at me' cars. Not my cup of tea I am afraid. I would prefer that people drove the cars how they were engineered - not slap silly wheels on them in a competition to spend the most money. But hey, thats my opinion and if you have the cash, you can do what you want.

Interesting, it seems the majority of people don't look upon these cars too well!

I cannot get over that matted Bentley! The matte colours often look 'questionable' on beautiful hypercars, but that is just plain wrong. It doesn't sit well with me at all. Really odd.

Is Matte White taking over the Matte black/gloss white for the super cars this year?

Agreed. Pointless 'enhancement'. Really horrible.

Expensive, ugly, vulgar and crap were the first thoughts that sprung to mind, with very few exceptions.

IMO of course.
