So to cut a long story short one of my cars got vandalised but luckily I saw them little scrotes that did it. Police caught them, one admitted to it and now wants to apologise. Now how can I make this 15yr girl feel really uncomfortable about the damage she caused to my beloved motor. I really want to put her through the mill about it.

Fat chance of that happening. even if I but a civil claim in can a 15yr old girl realistically pay off 1.5Ks worth of repair bill? Probably not. Could pimp her out I guess.

Get her parents to pay it.

I don't think an apology is good enough. Make her work for £10 an hour until the bill is paid off.

Could you beat her senseless and then just apologise? I think not.

Do you think she would apologise if she hadn't been caught? I very much doubt the driving force here is a guilty conscience.

That's better.

People, You and myself included, Only want to apologise when they get caught for doin something they know they should'nt be doing.

Had she not been caught would she still have wanted to apologise? Doubt it.

Oh, And she doesnt want to apologise, The Police are making her do it.

If she can not pay for the damage try find ways to get her to do jobs to help contribute to paying some of the damage.Sometimes kids do things that they do actually regret.Give her a chance to help change her ways.

As said above it's only to get out of paying/having any consequences. I'd
push it with the police and make sure the little mindless bh doesn't get out of it so easily

If I was facing a £1500 repair bill an apology wouldn't be good enough, send the quote to her parents and ensure they know the police are aware of the incident, if they refuse to pay do them for criminal damage.
