Nowhere near as bad as most, but here it is.. Bent the rear axle good, and yet, when i picked it up, the panel work was repaired brilliantly, and whilst paying the excess, the man showed me the alignment was all perfect, which it was on the sheet. However, when they brought it round, they hadnt even touched the rear axle which meant the tyre was almost touching the arch, which you can just make out in the piccy. How the f k they missed it god only knows. f kwits.

Their road testing failed to notice severe vibration @ 40mph. Took months to do a shoddy job imo.

My addition to this thread, albeit very minor in comparison to most; Doesn't look much but it's shatted the fibreglass and requires a 6-8 week repair, an entire new back end and the think end of 12 grands worth of work.....

Somebody managed to pull out of a side turning into my 335i: Minor damage to hers (bumper was hanging off to the left out of shot): Just this damage to mine ended up with a 6 week repair, complete new suspension, new alloy and rear tyres among other bits and pieces... As the car was un-driveable I was in a hire car for the duration.... (Virtual pint for guessing the location)

Mine was done in two! Happened on xmas eve at 4pm so the car wasn't collected until the 28th, with the estimate being done the next day. It then took 10 days for the third party insurance company to authorise the work and was a further 2 1/2 weeks before there was time for the body-shop to do the work (the car stayed on-site). It took 10 days to do the work, part of which was an MOT. In the MOT they found they had installed the suspension upside down, a further 3 days to re-assemble and re-MOT..... Both the MOT garage, Bodyshop and point of contact were the car manufacturer although the hire car due to time pressures (i was driving to france at 5am on 29th December) was sorted by an AMC that are well known on here and that i would gladly use again....The garage used is in central Kent, new premises, although the repair may have been sub-contacted. I paid for the MOT in addition as it expired over the course of when the work was happening and also as a means of checking the quality of the repair...glad I did!

A combination of crap camera phone, -4 degrees, and a slightly shaken up photographer made a rubbish photo Before: After: Ow, as a fellow cab owner, that is sad to see, they can be a little tricky when it is cold, wet isnt a problem but I found myself going sideways with very little provocation when I first got mine in Jan. Is that one dead then
