what's the point of all that power through a front drive car? They really should have delivered this in a '4wd Cossie' outfit...

I think with the factory power the car is more than capable as a hot hatch but fair play to them if they can still deliver the same feeling.

I love my Type RA but I still enjoy driving a hot hatch, something British about having a front wheel drive hot hatch wink

What is the fuss about - Mine has 400bhp done by the lads at Jam-Sport Northampton.

Nice to see the usual drivel from the same sort of people..

I'm running an SCC 340S kit on mine and it doesn't torque steer massively, but it does have a tendancy to run with the camber of the road, but not to any massive degree...

400Bhp in a FRS is old news, we've had SCC, JAMSport, GGR, JMS, JWR running these kits for months already with no issues and at a far cheaper price..

Well said Speedster.

As usual it's more than likely people who have never driven a Focus, who make the negative comments. Im now running Superchips stage 2 and the car handles the 360bhp very very well, on the road and the track.

Its just the 6.8mpg that shocked me the most at Knockhill eek

I'm just wondering if have any of you lot (that are spouting the usual drivel) have actually driven a well set-up high powered FWD?
