Courtesy of my friend Marcus, this shows you how brilliant my rear view mirror was. I was at the front for the route to Wilton House - and that's my s4 at the front. Words can't describe the sheer smile on my face each time I looked in my rear view mirror rofl

Inagine how excited the Disco driver was, having an S4 in his mirrors.... paperbag

Looks like a good time was had by all, might have to give this a go next year (if my old shed is deemed good enough - the metal in those last few pics are eekbow territory!)

BTW - nice shots George, esp. given the lighting at night.

Was a very very surreal, incredible and visually plus aurally awesome experience!

I have done some maths and if I save £100/week I should be able to afford the Lambo Superleggera by the time I am 66 years old (minus depreciation and interest)! Roll on retirement biggrin

Thanks to Pistonheads for the rides and specifically RacingPete for the ride in the DBS. It was quite a long day, but also one of the best days I've had and one that I'm sure that I will remember for a long time!

thumbup to Jay for making everything such a success and I hope lots of money's been raise for the well deserved cause smile

I'm sorry but 'tasty metal'?

Is Danny Dyer now a staff writer? Standards really are slipping.

How high are your standards?!!
Superlegerra, SLS, GT3, DBS and an M6 are certainly tasty metal. Hearing them go through a tunnel especially!

Sorry, my comment was in regard to the phrase used (hence the Danny Dyer reference) and not the quality of the cars - which are indeed very nice.

The shots in London are great George

A couple more cars had joined the elite by the time the convoy left Fleet heading for Wilton

Tony, did anyone in the S4 take any photos on the convoy?

I'm the baldy-headed goon driving the lead LP560, and would love a pic of me driving with all that lovely metal behind me...

Dean Smith was in the car, he was my official 'tog on the day. Pics of his may take a week or two to be finished off properly as a set.

Wibble. I'm driving the 458. I was shouting 'Giggedy!' whether I looked forwards or back!
Gutted I could not make this Jay, will definitely be there next year!

It was the S4 going through first that really did it though, wasn't it? I felt such a plank hehe All that build up and ever increasing tension, and through the wonderful gates comes an Audi estate hehe
