You see they're my favourite Imprezas, the Spec-D. Might get myself one sometime next year.

Finally! They are producing a proper Impreza again smile

Subaru fans the length and breadth of the country must be celebrating (myself included!)

32k?!!! My local Subaru dealer was knocking out (albeit the boggo newshape WRX) for 17k on a promotional deal.
That seems to be what the STI badge does these days.

Lets just hope the STi badge continues to offer go faster goodies and not go the way the M badge has...

I think he's refering to the plethora of 'M' sport badges on 320d's etc.

Once again Subaru brought out an Impreza no one was keen on, waited a couple of years and did what they should of done in the first place!
They do it every timebanghead
Have you seen the current Legacy...

Click if you dare...

http://subaru.co.uk/vehicles/legacy/
While you're there, notice the lack of a fast model.

Even more banghead
They probably do have a fast model but in Japan only... much like http://www.modified.com/roadtests/0306scc_subaru_l... that was never released here bar a couple of exotic editions...
And NZ, OZ etc... we've been getting quick turbo Legacies non-stop since 1989. Here is the current NZ Legacy range:

Looks better without the Wing in the flesh.

£32,995 OTR seems like the price it'll go at.
edit: double post yikes

hehe

Would sir prefer the 2.5 turbo or 3.6 H6? We have some of the best roads to enjoy them on too hehe

New one is still an ugly b@stard though, 4th-gen just pips the original for best looking Legacy IMO.

Excellent. biggrin

Never liked the hatchback Impreza at all. Whenever I see one on the roads I always think it is a Focus or Astra or something until I get really close.

I'm all for adding a huge wing on the back too. boxedin

A good move I feel.
