I loved my car had a black one back in about 1996 it looked good then but maybe a little dated now.

Only thing, the UK car was a GTO, a 3000GT was an import iirc

Other way round: GTO in Japan, 3000GT in the UK.

General Motors owned the rights to the GTO name in Europe and the USA and therefore it was called the 3000GT in those markets.

go forward 15 years and a lot of cars fit that bill but 15 years ago when I had one it was stunning.
