Old hat now but my OPC lent me one of these (cabriolet) whilst my 996 was in for service and MOT. took a while to order in some brake pipes and I had her for 4 days.
Launch control on the PDK (with Sports Chrono Plus)is quite something but the PDK is not for me. after 300 miles it did improve but I still prefer a manual (particularly at slow maneuvering speeds)

I do love this car so elegant and classy

I have a feeling that 997.2 Carrera GTS RWD Manual Coupe will be collectors car on years to come :-)
