He's right you know. With one day and one snapper the details are hard to get. More time is spent on some cars, while others are quick and dirty.
We realise how small the ed team is when we see other mags with teams of 10 or more at a show, while we have 3......
Personally I think you need a northern test team, send some cars my way and I'll see what I can do. They should be tested on our crap roads in our crap weather and to see how secure it is and vandalism proof it is on our streets. I mentioned the photo's in another thread. I understand you may be pressed for time as it's a big show but can you please try to ensure that we can actually see the whole car, even if it's only one pic. On the other thread which had about 8 pics of what I can only assume was a car, only one pic was far enough back that we could actually see it. I'm not really interested in an up close shot of the wing mirror\headlight\door handle.
As for the RUF, very tasty but they do seem to have gone very quiet lately. Perhaps they prefer the softly, softly word of mouth approach rather than the more outlandish\outspoken tuners who turn up everywhere with their be-spoilered 2000bhp monsters.

It's just a thought but surely there are lots of people who would love to be part of the PH team and come along with a camera. I know i would. We realise how small the ed team is when we see other mags with teams of 10 or more at a show, while we have 3......
'Spartanic'...love the sound of it - they need to copyright this term. Sounds like 'extreme less' is now actually 'extreme more' and you can bet it costs a lot.
Just waiting for 'spartanic' base models from the main car manufacturers (no carpets or radio but hey...the weight savings push it down to the lowest CO2 so no road tax but pay more on the list price and be grateful), also bicycles, dishwashers, vacuum cleaners etc...

Oooooo look, another Porsche, oh, hang 5 minutes and another one will be here soon!
Technically it isn't a Porsche, it's a RUF.There's no way you would see any Porsche DNA there.

now that's more like it, although I take the point's mentioned above. I like Pistonhead's as it's a one stop shop though most of the time. ETA the petulant reply of look elsewhere is sadly oft repeated these days.
