I'm not usually a fan of modern Ferrari's,automatics, hatchbacks or 'suv crossovers'.But if my euromillion numbers come up tonight one of these in dark blue could seriously tempt me away from a Rapide or XJ Supersport as my sensible everyday car. It'd make a nice towcar for a historic racer too.

i hate pointless cars with a vengence.. you know Mini pacmans's etc. this car, on the face of, may seem pointless to some but i actualy think it does serve a purpose and I am utterly in awe of it.. If i was a millionaire it would be parked next to my 458 as my 'practical' driver smile

I know it's boring, but the interior space looks/sounds absolutely huge for the apparent size of the car. Is it quite large in real life? Looks great to be so practical - sports car in it's own right as well as family suitable but without too many sacrifices. I'm hoping this will herald a few more mainstream shooting brake cars too!

The inside looks great, but why does the car itself have to be so fugly?

I sat in one with four chaps of around 6ft without bother, in the boot were two sets of clubs and two suitcases. All in all it's a very spacious car.

Is it huge on the outside then? In pictures it looks similar to the norm ie 430/458 size but I can't see how that could fit so much stuff, even given the front engine.

Finally a modern Ferrari I want. Pity I can't afford it. Maybe in 20 years.....

Interior looks quite cosy.
Completely know what you mean. Growing to love those breadvan looks.

Detailing's a touch fussy, though?

I love the styling of the new Ferrari, without doubt my favourite Ferrari in quite a while. Please don't let footballers or Paris Hilton types get their hands on them!

Just don't get it.

If you want a 4-seat super blower, get an Aston Rapide - at least your rear passengers can get in and out of their own free will.

Interior detailing or exterior?, exterior looks fine interior although "cosy" could be abit simpler if that make sense!.

Lets face it. Most people who buy these are not going to take them to skiing. Nor do they need to, most of the time the roads are expertly cleared and even chains aren't necessary. Plus, you get a lot of scratches in ski resorts, what with people wandering around with sharp-edged skis.

They'll be bought for the same reason as somebody bought the 599GTO that's sitting over the road from my office in central London. And I can tell you that car doesn't look like it's been anywhere near a track. It's for show. It says to people I've got one of these and you haven't.

And personally? I think the FF is amazing. I'd have one like a shot. Just not to go skiing in.

I don't think the Aston Rapide & this Ferrari are in the same segment. Anyway, i don't want my "passengers" escaping....

At least it looks like PH returned the FF damage free. Unlike Car Magazine's press car which Jethro Bovingdon smacked on a curb!

Still not a massive fan of the looks, but I don't dislike them as much as when it was first revealed. Would definitely like to see one in the metal to make my mind up once and for all.

I'd say it's a more cohesive design than the 458. Try as I might, I just can't get excited about that car, in the way I feel about the 360CS or the 16M.

Oh dear. You've got to feel sorry for him as that must be a horrible experience but I couldn't help but laugh! I seem to remember him totalling his long-termer when he was at evo as well - I think it was either an Evo or an Impreza that ended up in a ditch.

Still, at least he's getting to test one - chances of Ferrari letting Chris Harris play with one.....?
