There was another company in Germany (Dauer if memory serves me well ) that produced some road legal ones a long time ago. If you hunt around you can probably still find one, but it will in all likelihood be in 1/43rd scale & made by minichamps, in black , red, or yellow.

Dauer 962LM
Seem to remember seeing a yellow one with green stripes in Evo a few years back under the headline "Road racers"
What a machine. And, [flame suit on] I reckon it looks better in yellow than black also [flame suit off]
I was very unpatriotic in 1988 and supported the factory 962's at LM instead of the Jags. I cant imagine what an awesome road car this would be on smooth tarmac. Probably not great on our British pot hole semi off road roads of today though.
It would make a far more interesting alternative to a Zonda/Veyron etc.

That or an F40 - similar cash - now there's a decision to be made. Upside is it's just the purchase-day depreciation on a Veyron!!
Dauer weren't the only people to made roadgoing 962s either IIRC - there was a short fad for it way-back-when - the provenance and originality of these cars obviously varies a bit tho and none were actually racers which means their long-term value is dubious (or not - you never know with car collectors!!)
