I wasn't planning on upgrading my 991 Carrera S but I couldn't resist this when I saw it in the showroom so here it is.
Very nice..! I have a grey one, on loan from Porsche Bristol while my GT3 gets a new engine..!I love it, the colour is stunning, lots of detail changes from a standard 991 C2S....will be difficult handing it back..!

Really like these. There was a new one at Swindon last week waiting for its new owner, the matt black on the wheels is a real winner. I might yet go for one over a C4S next year, (if there are any left, which I doubt).
My moneys on the 991 GTS probably being the better car (power upgrade standard as well)......What colour have you gone for, personally I think the standard power output is perfectly sufficient, you may as well buy a GT3 if that sort of thing is important to you when you look at the cost. The best thing about this over the standard Carrea S is the PASM - the differenece that makes on a rough arsed Uk country road is way more than a few HP's
It's graphite grey:
Driving impressions:
Very nice place to be - comfy once you use the 14 seat position thingy to get it right - always takes me ages.
Glass roof is amazing
Interior very special in the 50th Anniversary guise and huge upgrade from my old 997.
Steering wheel lovely with the paddles and deviated anniversary stitching.
PDK is lightening quick - especially on downshifts but lacks much feel or the extroverted nature of an exotic.
Sports exhaust lovely - overrun is great in 1st and second.
Brakes are lovely with great feel.
Power - more than enough and has a characterful engine which i am sure will be even nicer as it loosens up.
Steering is very light at low speeds - i have power steering plus which makes it even lighter but it weights up nicely at speed and has more than enough feel.
Sat nav and bluetooth and whole infotainment system is easy to use, love the pod on the speedo where you can access the menu - brilliant feature.
Looks incredible - paint is unique and very special, got a load of admiring looks parked up in W London.
Happy camper !
