On the contrary, I know someone who was very interested and was planning to view the car last Saturday. The vendor's agent pulled the rug from under his feet late last week, stating the vendor had decided to sell the car to a mate he'd promised first refusal to (but had "forgotten" he'd done so......).
My mate had planned to view the car on Monday, but the agent confirmed the sale of the car on the same day. So someone's telling some f*cking whoppers......

I do apoligise, your 'mate' must not have been considered as serious interest so please ignore my comment and replace it with 'very little interest' .
Do hope he finds one tho, they work superbly on track, but less so on our lovely roads. ;-)

Seriously though I don't know what the colour of choice would be if there was a glut of cars built and on the market regularly. If you had a choice of colour what would you go for?

Got to be honest, I really like my Mk1 in Silver but given the choice I might pick Speed Yellow or Zanzibar. The really wilder colours don't really seem to suit the Mk1 (having seen pics of Rubystone and Viper)

Well, Black paint absorbs more of the sun's heat, which would make the body of the car hotter which in turns heats up the air surrounding the car causing lower pressure which would reduce the drag and make the car faster.

So, I'm going to say Black. But I may have a biased opinion on this smile

Interesting point on the colour...

I think that the 996T looks better in the more conventional silver, grey, black etc but the GT3 actually looks better in red - yellow is a bit of a stretch for me though and (personal) jury is out on blue...

Guards is a good shout, really suits the gen 2 shape. I still love Atlas but then I am biased.!!

Thats fairly clear then..... guards is the colour of choice & carry a 10k premium.

Bugger only reinsured mine in January at 50k.....

I missed out on a midnight blue CS before I bought mine. That's my favourite colour, my black one being second. Polar silver is stunning and Cobalt is also quite nice.

Silver is probably at the bottom of most people's lists? (Tho still nice)

Whats the height of everyones front splitter off of the floor as measuring mine off of the highly polished, marble/gold/titanium floor tiles (and not concrete naturally) it sits at around 125mm.

About 5ft.

It's hanging off the garage wall as I'm fed up ripping it off coming in & out of my drive

Last time I saw mine it was fairly level with the road, in my rear view with my friend behind running it over, really must get round to ordering a new one
