I think are lot are selling.
if you ring the dealers they are gone and went a while ago
its the old dealer trick of leaving up an advert.....it gets interest and shows they are a specialist in this area.
oh you want a GT3 sir? sorry that one is sold but we have another coming in soon....what a great way to pent up demand.

It doesn't change the fact that some cars have been selling (see the 6.2 comfort at JZM for £80k as an example). It makes me think my 15k miles clubsport is potentially undervalued at its current £75k!
You do know your meant to drive them don't you and not polish the st out of it???lemmingjames said:

You can do both you know. I did 800 miles in two days a few months ago on a West Coast of Scotland trip. Work and family commitments mean I can't do 1k miles every weekend!Photographic proof that the car does get used!
And my old man's low mileage RS got just as dirty!

Saw my old speed yellow 996.1 GT3 at RPM Technik today. I was sad that it's no longer mine and made sadder still when I found out it had been driven less that 1,000 miles since I sold it 2 years ago.
If you want a good 'un and are in funds then definitely worth a look. Markets have moved on, and my perception of what I would be happy to spend on a 6, whilst on the up, just can't keep pace with current price reality. Yep get the world's smallest guitar out for a proper #firstworldproblem.
My advice is simply never sell a GT3 unless you you are moving up to the RS!
Cheers

I would like to know, to your knowledge, which ones have sold of the list below (ones that have been on for a while) if you ring the dealers they are gone and went a while ago

Polar silver one (no A/C?) 44,500 miles £62,500
Basalt black 41,000 miles £67,995 (on for months)
White/blue RS 26,000 miles £149,950 OPC approved (on for months)
Atlas grey 36,500 miles £76,985 (on since 200BC)
I see the SY Russian one is no longer advertised - sold?

I love this car, it catches my eye each time it comes up for sale at RPM (3 times now I think?). SY is an great colour on the MK1, or indeed any GT3. Someone hurry up and buy it!!!If you want a good 'un and are in funds then definitely worth a look. Lovely car Slodge. Is it a CS or Comfort? I have a 996.1 GT3 CS in SY and have only seen one other SY 996.1 at a track day about 10 years ago.

My best mate has a completely original, standard SY 996.1 GT3 CSWould love to know what it's worth now....
I sold through RPM T in 2013 for similar amount I bought for due to change in my circumstances (which has now sorted itself annoyingly). Back there now for the 2nd time.
Great straight car! Please buy it before I do something my wife will regret....

seems to be a popular upgrade on 996.1 GT3's along with fitting Mk 2 brakes and I have kept the original airbag wheel.
All academic as cant see myself selling anytime soon as no obvious replacement.

Then put it back into hibernation? ON a serious note, didnt we buy ours at the same time (5 years ago now), i know we spoke about led lenses.Im looking forward to your 96'3 vs GT4 comparison but you need to get more wheel time for it to be fair

Sorry you've lost me on the GT4 comment? I've only had mine for 3 years in December so you must be confusing me with someone else Im looking forward to your 96'3 vs GT4 comparison but you need to get more wheel time for it to be fair
