GT3 - buy a 997.2, or buy a 997.1 and save £20k?

Probably not fair to disclose what they paid for it but I was happy with the number it was more than I bought it for from them last year.

I am just gutted to lose it, the financials just helped to take the edge off of it.

It is a cracking car which wants for nothing I'd have it back in a heartbeat if money wasn't an issue. It was going to be a keeper but a property we have wanted for a long time has come onto the market and I have to scale back to be in a position to make an offer.

Is sport mode something that is standard on a 997 GT3 MK2, or is it part of the sport-chrono package?

It's standard. There are no performance options on any GT3 as far as I'm aware.

- white with black wheels (great spec)
- ceramics
- carbon leather seats
- other spec detail on request

I bought v similar car but with buckets CS spec last week,
