Leaves me wondering if it sounds better than the video suggests. Maybe Chris could comment.

Not sure if facebook links are allowed on here or not...?

Anyway we have posted videos of before & after on a non PSE 997.2 C2S on our facebook page.

https://www.facebook.com/ABPMotorsport
Thanks for posting Chris, seems like there is a marginal difference between the standard and the Sharkwerks options on a non PSE. Although, slightly disappointing how much.
It's very difficult to fully demonstrate the sound improvement from a smartphone microphone via a video link through another smartphone or laptop speaker...

What I can now say with some conviction is that on a non PSE 997.2 the fitment of the Sharkwerks bypass pipe is very noticable and for the cost (when compared with the prohibitive PSE price) very good value for money. Remember that even the PSE cars need the Sharkwerks to actually sound good!

Had some very positive feedback from the owner of the car we made the videos from on Friday and I'm sure d11dfj will be posting his thoughts here sometime soon.

All done and dusted for me and very impressed with the outcome. Good noise on start up and acceleration but little or no discernible noise on the motorway home.

Have to say the boys at ABP were spot on and really took their time and were super professional. Special mention to Kieran and Craig who fitted the exhaust and the tips and went the extra mile to get it spot on.

Worth driving the extra mile for this sort of customer care. Thanks chaps beer

Thanks for the feedback Jeremy - always appreciated.

Sorry I wasn't there to meet you but glad the ABP team looked after you and your 997 in my absence.

Glad you're happy with the new Sharkwerks soundtrack!

Cheers, Chris

My Sharkwerks Bypass being fitted today onto my 997.2 Turbo. bounce I'm excited!

Also had the EVOSIMit ECU remap to 565bhp. I can honestly say it is impressive. Very discernable & seamless increase in power, but still driveable at 20mph in town

Hey Zeb

So I arrived back in the office today and was greeted with what was left of your 997.2 Turbo exhaust cat nuts on my desk!!!

Just what do Porsche use for these for them to deteriorate so badly? Now as you know all replaced with new stainless steel items.

How dare you post pictures of my rusty nuts on the internet !! eeklaugh

Keiran and I were discussing this and were bemused as to why Mr.Porsche doesn't use a stainless fitting as that area takes alot of hammer with spray and road debris.

Tomorrow I'll mostly be giving the 997.2C4S a real Porsche sound track again by getting ABP to fit a Sharkwerks bypass.

What is the current cost for this installation?

You'll be enjoying the drive home a lot more than the journey up with a wider smile and the window down about 2"...!

Look forward to releasing the proper 911 soundtrack for you tomorrow,

Chris

Here's the C4S we fitted a Sharkwerks bypass to earlier today. Lovely low mileage car which now sounds like a proper 911!

The new bypass pipe:

New stainless steel fittings to replace the completely rusted away OE Porsche cat studs and nuts!

And finally parked outside all finished with its new voice! Next to my GTS with its matching Sharkwerks bypass!
