Anybody ordered a 991 GTS...
Discussion
How much better is the 991 compared to the 997 when it comes to rear legroom? I think it's a joke really; i tried it once with adults in the rear and since then have borrowed a car if needed more than 2 people, so i basically have a 2 seater.
Which brings me to the Cayman GTS - i'd rather one of those as it is a better car than the 991 and with the money saved you could get a Golf GTI as a daily hack.
I also agree that the GTS for the money is not top of the class. I wouldn't spent £120k on a car when a facelift is on the horizon.

As I have already said I need a 4 seat car, my two young kids fit in the back of a 911 no problem. So why would I consider a Cayman GTS.Which brings me to the Cayman GTS - i'd rather one of those as it is a better car than the 991 and with the money saved you could get a Golf GTI as a daily hack.

And a 991 GTS is not £120k, my spec is £96k before discount. And name one other car that can transport 2 kids that comes close to the level of driving enjoyment at GTS will give? No, I didn't think you could.

The 991 is an incredibly practical car really. Even though the rear seats are only suitable to house kids, having a back seat is so handy for chucking stuff on when jumping in the car. I really missed the back seats when I had a Caymen. And a 991 GTS is not £120k, my spec is £96k before discount. The spec that you've gone for there sounds lovely.

Looks a lovely spec.
I would go for the glass roof ... and definitely not black wheels. The silver wheels against the blue paint will look awesome.
Unfortunately if you choose the TurboS wheels they only come in black. I would probably get them painted titanium by the OPC before delivery.I would go for the glass roof ... and definitely not black wheels. The silver wheels against the blue paint will look awesome.
