TT Not always boosting 09 3.6

I noticed today under WOT that the boost was not starting to approx 3k rpm and at times 4k in 3rd. All hoses and pipes look fine and not EMU lights showing. After several tests some resulted with 0.2 bar boost starting at 2.2k rpm which is what I would expect. Boost gives 0.8 to 1.1 when near to 6k rpm. Any ideas?

Actuators which will be a warranty job if you have one. I had one of mine replaced in September and my car had the same problems as yours.
