The high mounted gearstick is very natural to use despite the somewhat unusual position and the position is spot on, really like it to be honest vs the more conventional ones. The seats I find a bit upright though when driving for a long-ish time, a bit more incline would be nice but Reading have mentioned no adjustment for that is possible unfortunately.
