Only just got in from going out at 11am, mental day. When City scored first there was a bit of a cheer, then we scored and it went mental and it stayed mental. Nothing like when the plastics scored. Manchester is 100% blue yeah? st fking fans at City.

Love it.

That was superb, first 25 minutes looked like we were going to get walloped ,but dug in and started to raise the tempo and city couldn't live with it.
He didn't get the recognition, but amongst several very good performances I thought herrera was superb, city couldn't cope with his movement, unsurprisingly he covered nearly a km more than any other player .
The link up play on both wings is a delight ,and the much maligned defence pretty well .

We are going inthe right direction that is for sure.

After how Chelsea played today there's a little hope we could get something, but Jose's home record is still ridiculous.

Might only put 2 or 3 past that lot then. smile

We should just go to Stamford Bridge and play our current game. We've more chance of getting something doing that's than playing defensively and hoping to nick something.

I agree, we have the players capable of controlling the game how we want it. I think Matic will be a big player for them on Saturday, hopefully he'll have a stinker.

Carrick needs to be fit for the game, any news?

edited: Van Gaal - "I don't think so," he said in a news conference. "He was wise to step off but we have to wait and see tomorrow. He had a stiff calf and he is a very experienced player so he asked to leave the pitch. I said: 'Okay.'"

weirdest thing from yesterday,Clattenburg on the kompany decision goes over to linesman and linesman says '100% red, studs showing' so he gives him a yellow ? Not that it mattered ,but why bother asking the linesman?

Is that what he said? If so its an even more shocking decision.
