Congrats mate I have just bought provisionally pretty much the same car.. JZM doing their pre purchase inspection and boroscope first.
It's got sports chrono plus and sports seats etc but no PSE that I had on 2 of my previous 911's and for me it's a must that and short shift so providing all goes well it's straight off for those to be put on.
I have heard a couple of the gundo hacks that have been done and just to me they don't sound quite as good as the original Porsche PSE.

Warranty sounds good.

They are a nice team at Portsmouth Porsche - I've been down there for a few events.

I'm only in Waterlooville, I may see you about as 911's seem quite rare
