Yep the cars still for sale are definitely the ones that haven't yet sold.........
people keep saying cars have sold and they go off PH only to come back on 2 weeks later but at a new lower price.I cannot see any real SOLD cars what people talk about just because they have vanished off PH for a few weeks.

Many lower priced club sport cars have definitely sold. Seen the buyers posting elsewhere.
yes 3 cars and were bought at "good deals" but no one would say the prices !!PorscheGT4 said:
1st wave rush of buyers have sold up for £30k plus and are long gone, that markets gone which now leaves over priced cars with NO buyers at todays prices.
I'm in the market for one but I'm not buying at current prices , imho they've got a long way to fall yet even down to a very small margin over cost by winter.LaSource said:

I am waiting patiently for the opportunity to chop my 968 CS and Gallardo in for a 991 GT3 Club Sport. Some the CS's I see for sale are fairly high spec so why do you remark that the CS is cheaper? Was it cheaper when new?It also appears that the CS is less desirable or am I dreaming that as the comforts are more expensive which isn't the case with the 997.

CS spec was effectively free (with the bucket seats, which some of us paid for anyway).I thi the point being made is that there are CS cars advertised at various prices but the Chester ones have sold. They were no comparing the price of CS and non-CS cars.

Generally CS cars seem to be more desirable.Flame suit on.....
I have been looking for a GT3 and these are some of my finding....
For all the reasons mentioned, there are a lot of GT3 for sale. Some dealers have more waiting behind what are being advertised which are on SOR.
Some of the specialist dealers claim to be advertising cars at below or equal to what they paid for them....
OPC's I believe are looking for between £7-10k on a car, so that indicates what they are paying for stock if it's not on SOR. independents will be looking for at least £5k to sell your call. So what are the owners seeing £125-135K
Club Sports are more desirable with the right spec Ceramics/lift/chrono etc and seem to be selling late £130's early £140's from specialist dealers.
Comfort Spec's seem to he harder to sell unless priced well. In general cars with factory replacement engines also are more desirable.
In summary all the cars are still making healthy overs on list, so all good unless you paid a premium or were banking on making big money......
Where's the market going.....???
I just want to buy a car and use it and expect to loose money (£1-1.5k/mth), but don't want to suffer a market correction in value.

I don't think Sports chrono makes much (any?) difference to desirability given it doesn't actually do anything useful in the GT3 (unless you are talking about the new 'precision app' available on later cars?
