yes 3 cars and were bought at "good deals" but no one would say the prices !!
Think you are referring to me and no I wasn't prepared to say when the deal had not concluded.

I bought the red JZM car, clubsport, good spec, carbon, ceramics, chrono etc, Sept 14 car with 950 miles for £141k

Friend of mine paid £137k for a similar spec 2015 car with 3k miles in yellow

The other car was a comfort with ceramics, low miles but harder to say price as it was a part- ex

^New clients. The GT3 is still hard core but a lot more user friendly compared to previous models. So a lot of people spec them comfort as they will not track the car.

In my book a GT3 has to be clubsport! smile

£137k seems the sweet spot for a full spec, low miles CS .... until Autumn arrives.

Had a long chat with the dealer principal of an OPC about prices
He felt that once the current number of cars for sale reduces and GT3 lovers have the cars they want then fewer will appear for sale
Hence supply and demand takes over
My friend has just bought one at £137k, middle order spec and truly loves it
And a GT3RS is £295k

Agree with you about the 991 GT3, not seen any 991 RS's advertised at the price you suggest.

An open admission that many are in the hands of speculators rather than enthusiasts. Judging from many of the comments on this thread that is not surprising. Enjoy the car!

Don't forget that there are also non-CS cars that do have buckets...!

1st wave rush of buyers have sold up for £30k plus and are long gone, that markets gone which now leaves over priced cars with NO buyers at todays prices.
I would have to agree with above.

Sounds like the person who bought the red CS from JZM got a healthy discount over the advertised price. That car looked lovely smile

That was me. I paid about the right price and it was at the top end of what I was prepared to pay. In truth it's a bit higher than I wanted but the car was almost perfect spec for me and I've not seen any others available in that colour at that spec.

I would have preferred to pay less of course! The car is fabulous and holds its own well on track. I place it 3rd behind my M3 GTS and 458 Speciale in that order.

Conventional thinking would have gone:

Speciale
991 GT3
M3 GTS

Yes it would. I should have said my m3 GTS is rather improved from standard and as a result is incredibly rewarding to drive. I'd actually put my Honda Civic race car above the lot for sheer entertainment.

Speciale is fastest by a fair margin. Gt3 and M3 very similar pace.

That guards red car at JZM was a lovely bit of kit. Great spec too and it sat for a while next to the Mexico blue one that they had and I much preferred the red one, guards red works really well on the 991. I think I also saw it later having some film done? Are you local to JZM?

No, I'm in Reading. Nick Phelps at CG Performance did a full paint protection film on it and they are local to JZM. Car is really well specced. Only missing thing is lift which doesn't bother me but some view as essential.

Academic as its a keeper!

Mmmmm Spesh. Almost sounds wrong saying it - but what a bargain that car is! We went down to Silverstone Classic in my mates the day after he picked it up from Graypaul Nottingham. I have little interest in GT3's, RS's etc now. Fezza every day smile

Quite different experiences.

In the grand scheme, gt3 is a bargain at about 55% of the spaz. Gt3 has more rear grip, under steers more, but is more planted . Speciale much more torque and power and just overall the more exciting and the more predictable near the limit surprisingly.
