Very interesting that they have a new car - must still be building the odd one ?? In terms of pricing - that's base spec , so wanting £K 33 over list .

Yes , it seems really odd that after all this time - maybe they had some parts left over smile

If you read the advert it says it was registered 07/09/2014. There are a few cars that were registered in 2015.
I missed that - it does say spec changeable though ?

Exactly. Look I know of even prestigious main dealers who manipulate the market, names you would not believe in a million years! Its rife. On top of that we have a couple of very well known individuals on PH who were very prominent on ramping up prices and telling people they had offers on their cars and reporting other sales which were just simply ** incredulous **. There is a lot of money at stake, and when there is money at stake .... well, lets just say certain people have no scruples. Integrity ... no such thing.

As I said, THE TEST is to ask how much the dealer will buy your car from you. PH sales data is just nonsense. And Sold ... definitely, definitely does not always mean Sold!

That advert is from 2014.

Why it is still live is unknown.

No car available, just an out of date listing.

One call to the seller and you will find out its nothing.

Cmon guys smile

My local OPC received an additional June 2015 build slot, as have others. I think in total mine has had roughly 14/15 cars now, but they are a big dealership.

What's really wrong is a manufacturer that sells a car for £115k allows its network to resell a car for 50% more, if this was stopped a realistic market would be held.
Don't agree with that, OPCs were late to the party so are just pricing based on the existing market. Remember, they are virtually all SOR so it requires a customer to provide them with a car.

there are some new cars for sale though but some OPC must be stting it as one is £180k !

odd the car is listed at 75 miles on the clock and also 1000miles ! though
"Vehicle has covered 75 miles"

so new or not new ! or a OPC pre reg and a massive mark up thing ? not that it's ever going to sell at £180k now

What with the engine balls up and now loads of cars never doing any miles it's been an odd one.

also a new lot of new LHD cars for sale !

Those who short often lose their shirt......and more besides....biggrin:

It will be very interesting to see how long and at what level the RS premium will be maintained for the first OPC cars. I love the car and its obvious talents but irrespective of Catchpoles assessment could it not be a mite too hardcore for some perhaps. And then the GT4....when the first cars are flipped .......both will clearly have an influence and IF the £90k GT4 materialises then the 991 GT3 with all its talents will still look cheap at 50 percent more money.

From reading the many GT4 threads, GT4 supply is being increased for the UK. Not been an issue in Europe.

& if it does not then normality returns. A £20k premium on a GT4 sounds rich.

Apparently Porsche uk are looking to increase the number of gt4 cars coming to our roads, I'm guessing this is all down to demand. They must be moving build slots from other country's where the car is not so popular I guess???

I'm guessing they did the same with the 991 gt3 for the uk?

Makes sense to have another run of GT3 s sell at say £150 k ( all second hand with 100 miles on them ) that is £ 200 k plus Euros , double what they can make selling them in Europe .

Great value ? Not really : remember it's a only a base spec car with front lift only - prob specs out at £k 103 - a top spec car like mine would start life at > £k 120 - now one of those at < £K 150 ( like mine if anyone's interested ) would be great value ! smile

£118,500 list CS with PCCB and Lift for £142,000 if you don't mind that someone has dared to drive it a little.

'Leggy' well driven early clubsport car without leather. Evidently it has 4 seats....very rare indeed!

Well the encouraging sign is that these cars can sing to 9k and cover 18k miles without problems, Well done that owner. beer
