As it appears to be the case this comfort average spec 14 plate car has sold privately very quickly at AP £125k this would suggest it was underpriced.
Really?! It suggests to me it was correctly priced. Or at least more correctly priced than the cars that are sitting around for months not selling at higher prices.DT398 said:

You must be delighted !. A better nights sleep beckons I feel.
Don't really give a stuff. The thread is about gt3 prices. If all you are going to post is psycho-babble about getting a good nights sleep and schadenfreude and bailing too early, why bother? Just because I never bought into the "£200k by the summer" BS posted by others, strangely you seem to have a pop every time I post. You know nothing about me or why I sold my car or how much I sold if for. Or maybe you do and if so, please post up the details.

Truly pathetic isn't it?Anyway, clearly your going to get quite vocal and sometimes hostile and non-sensical responses to this thread from many owners. The market will dictate prices. Currently supply exceeds demand, and with a number of dealers with burnt fingers, trade bids are well below average asking prices. We are already half way through summer, let's see where prices are in Sep/Oct .... That will be interesting !!!

Next you will be suggesting all the GT3s which as we all know also similarly sold very quickly at c £100k when new were correctly priced........
Widely regarded to be at least £25k underpriced.
I have to disagree with this. These cars will be c£200k by the end of the summer. It's the best GT car Porsche has ever made and only 135 UK cars. You do the maths. Widely regarded to be at least £25k underpriced.
