BMW Sat Nav Congestion error to A421 Black Cat

When travelling east along the A421 towards the Black Cat A1 roundabout, the Nav always shows the queue on the old Bedford road rather than the A421. As I use the road every afternoon I know where the queue really is. Google and Apple maps show the correct road in red. Do other owners get the same issue or is it my Nav software dated 2014.
