Is there a commonly accepted 0-150 time?

I've recently seen 22.5 mentioned, but no idea whether that is realistic

Here are some possible times from ten years ago to put that in to context

http://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/general-automotiv...

8.5 seems to be a commonly accepted 0-100 time, which is not too shabby...

I had a side by side sprint from about 25 to around 150 with a 612 once, I beat it quite comprehensively, the passenger in the 612 gave me a round of applause when I pulled off, the driver looked somewhat unimpressed.

I regularly do 170 plus on Dottinger Hohe, but that is not from a standing start. So I have no idea what the 0-150 time is in reality.

About 10:40 here with my mum in the passenger seat if you're curious

Fighting Torque 2007 we were running to around 152-155mph in around 26 secs from a standing start. Mines also run a standing start to a mile is a fraction over 31 secs, think that was 177 terminal speed.

According to my data logger.

0 - 140 in 23.41 sec
0 - 100 in 12.36 sec

Both on the measured mile at Millbrook. Its wasn't a sprint start though so you could probably knock off a second or two for a granny start.

More than that considering the 4.2 was tested at 9 sec 0-100..

Timed a 0-100 mph in my old Red Rose Cerb. 8.9 seconds. Traction was the issue. Seemed fast but the GTR is in a completely different league.

That is the issue with the Cerb.. Getting it off the line. The GTR does it all for you. *YAWN*

Just a personal thing but the GTR may be quick but it is so dull, plastic and really ugly.

Like I said they are quick I acknowledge that but I prefer to actually drive my car where as the GTR is a masterpiece of computer engineering.

Driven one and didn't enjoy the experience, I just got to my destination but didn't enjoy the getting there.
